In winter, it is the field of truffle (tuber mélanosporum), the Vaucluse and Drôme provençale rank among the first productive regions of France. You will discover the secret mushroom with a bewitching smell on the Richerenches market on Saterdays, at St Paul Trois Châteaux, on Sundays. Moreover a fete is dedicated to St Paul, it is the omelette fete that takes place each year in February.
Throughout winter you can discover Tricastin truffle in our restaurant, available in a menu dedicated to it.
The Drôme is also the first department producer of organic produces, a menu only prepared with organic produces has the place of honour in our House.
