We have
created a living space that blends in well with the surrounding countryside,
Provençal ambiance and family feeling. Dalia, the lady of
the house has designed an elegant decoration where sobriety in colours
harmoniously combines with the setting. Warmth, peace and quiet and
cosiness are provided by a limited number of places in the restaurant.

The garden,
that can be visited, with dry-stone compensating walls, paths and
plants has been made by the Chef Jean Fouillet. The park is only
composed of Mediterranean, aromatic plants, that don’t need
to be too often watered or are hardy. No pesticide or fertilizer
is used.
