are based on the best produces, more often organic ones.
They are the picture of producers and breeders of our area, concerned
with quality and authenticity. Respecting the fresh produce,
the choice of our menu is deliberately limited. If country produce
is the base of our cooking, its elaboration of Mediterranean
inspiration remains open to new techniques, flavours and textures,
it is not set and evolves in time; it is considered, no creation
for creation associating a fashion produce with miracle herbs.
Home-made bread with spring water is prepared with organic flour
harvested and milled in the farm of Marafit.
